Local Pickup is the most convenient way to get your Virginia Wine. We’ll ship it to one of 10,000 participating locations where you can pick it up on your schedule. . What is Delivery Manager?

Delivery Manager is a feature offered by FedEx that allows customers to keep track of their packages, arrange to pick them up at a nearby location to keep gifts away from prying eyes, get delivery notifications and much more. Exchange Policy

The Virginia Wine of the Month Club believes in our product and the wines we select. We will do anything possible to make our customers happy.  That is why if a bottle is bad, broken, or just not to your taste, we will replace it or refund your money.

Online Return

Virginia Wine Club offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Please contact customer service at 1­800­826­0534 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date if you need to return an item.

The VA Wine Club will issue a label for the return of your item. The customer is responsible for getting the package into the Fed-ex network. Customer will be refunded all charges minus outbound and return shipping charges.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.

IMPORTANT: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
