Italian Roast Beef

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water
3 cubes beef bullion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
4 lb rump roast
1/2 cup oil

Directions:

1. In a large pot, add bouillon cubes to water.
2. On a platter mix salt, black pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil.
3. Coat roast with mixture.
4. Place roast and any remaining seasoning mixture into a pot with bouillon cubes and water.
5. After bringing to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for three and a half to four hours.
