Chicken Marsala with Risotto

Wine Pairing: Merlot


A dry red like a Merlot would work well with this dish. If you would like a white, try Chardonnay.

Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts (pounded flat)
1 C Mushrooms
1 oz Marsala Wine

Directions:

1. Pound boneless chicken flat
2. Dredge in flour

Risotto Recipe

1 C Risotto
1.5 C Water
